These Terms of Sale outline the agreement between you and us when you purchase from Seraphine Jewellery. We believe in clarity and elegance in everything we do, including our policies. By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Seraphine Jewellery is a trading name of Quoship LLC (Company Number: 2026-001937733), with our registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

The Agreement Between Us

When you complete your checkout, you are making an offer to purchase our jewellery. You'll receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order, but this does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send a subsequent email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, such as stock limitations or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Should we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

Pricing, Tax & Payment

We want your experience to be seamless, wherever you are. Prices are displayed in the currency of your region and the final amount you pay will be the one confirmed on the checkout page.

All prices shown for orders within the United Kingdom are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). There are no hidden charges. We also offer complimentary shipping on all orders to the UK, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Your payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, our trusted partner. We accept all major payment methods as displayed at checkout. Seraphine Jewellery does not see, handle, or store your full payment card details, ensuring your information remains private and protected.

Delivery & Title

We prepare each order with care, which typically takes 3–6 working days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, your jewellery should arrive within 3–6 days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Ownership of the jewellery, along with the risk of loss, passes to you upon successful delivery to the address you provided at checkout. For more detailed information on our delivery process, please see our Shipping Policy.

Your Right to Cancel & Return

We hope you adore your new jewellery. However, if it isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging.

To begin a return, please contact our support team. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
