We specialise in demi-fine jewellery curated for everyday indulgence. We take great care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and images of our pieces are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Information, including pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without prior notice.
5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
When you complete a purchase, you are making an offer to buy our jewellery. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

All payments are securely handled by our trusted payment processors via Shopify. Seraphine Jewellery does not store your full payment card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the payment card to use it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
6. Delivery
We prepare your order for dispatch within 3 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, transit time to addresses within Great Britain is typically 3 to 6 days. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. The risk of loss for purchased items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Seraphine Jewellery pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging.
